Brace is where Northern Italy meets Scandinavia. We are a kitchen of Italians, who are in love with the Nordic way of doing things. Keeping it Simple- Quality is Everything Regardless of whether it’s Italian, Nordic or both, our approach at Brace is always to accentuate the quality and flavours of the produce we use. Our dishes are simple, our atmosphere is cosy and our service is friendly. We work with local farmers and foragers, and we import wine from some of the lesser known, natural producers all around Europe. We are inspired by our grandmothers, each other, and the world around us.
